Port Vale have claimed they have sold 2,000 season tickets for next season so far. The claim has been questioned by fans supporting the 'starve 'em out' campaign that claims to have nearly 2,000 people saying they will not renew their tickets. The board have arranged a fans forum for a week before the club's EGM. Meanwhile, Valiants keeper Chris Martin dislocated his shoulder during Saturday's loss to Barnet.

Bradford keeper Lenny Pidgley has told fans he has left the club 'by mutual consent' after being dropped for yesterday's game with Crewe. Bournemouth have signed a three year deal for naming rights to their Dean Court home. A local car dealership will have the stadium named after themselves in a deal said to be one of the biggest in the club's history.

Rushden have called fans together on Tuesday night to outlay the financial position of the club. They face a winding-up petition over a £50,000 debt to a caterer, while only a handful of players were paid for April. Former chairman Keith Cousins will chair the meeting with fans becoming increasingly hostile towards current owners Steve and Liam Beasant.
