Torquay have upset the bookmakers odds by beating favourites Shrewsbury 2-0 in the first leg of their League Two play-off.
Goals from Chris Zebroski, who Shrews boss Graham Turner rejected after a trial at Edgar Street, and Eunan O'Kane gave the Gulls a half-time lead and they were unlucky not to take an even bigger margin into the second leg. The Shrews are now 6/1 outsiders to win promotion.
Stevenage face Accrington tomorrow in the other tie, kicking off at 6.30pm.
Meanwhile, former Bull Marc Pugh was a late sub in Bournemouth's 1-1 draw with Huddersfield in the League One play-off.
