Re the new book "The Best Hereford United Football Chants Ever", I already have a copy of this and would be delighted to give a review! (an honest one!!)
Currently priced at £10.72 on Amazon, I would go so far as to say that it is the biggest rip-off of any book that I have ever bought! Described as "written by Bulls Fans for Bulls Fans" - that is absolute nonsense. It is a series of universal chants that could have been taken from any club in the country and adapted for Hereford use. The authors, whose names are not mentioned although it is given as "A. Fan", have obviously asked a few questions about favourite Hereford players and most hated sides and have adapted the wordings accordingly.
The book is an odd size, measuring 9" x 6" in a glossy card cover, it has 56 pages but incredibly has only 23 pages of content, the rest being made up of countless blank pages and title pages! In my opinion, don't waste your money, it's dreadful from start to finish!
Hope this helps to save Bulls fans some money.
