Guillem Bauza has parted company with Northampton Town. It's understood he is set to move to a League One club.
The former Swansea and Hereford United striker left Edgar Street last January.
"After discussions between Guillem and myself on Friday, Guillem has told me who he will be signing for, and it is a club in a higher league," said manager Gary Johnson.
"We wish him well for the future. He did well for us and we were good for him, and we thank him for his time with us and now we move on."
There is unconfirmed speculation that MK Dons are the club Bauza will move to.
Meanwhile another former Bull is on the move.
Tony Capaldi is to join Oxford after being released by Morecambe.
