Loan Players Available From Today

Hereford United can sign loan players from today just a week since the transfer window closed.

The regulations mean that the Bulls can bring in players under the Emergency Loan rule, that allows players to be loaned for a period of between 28 and 93 days. With the exception of goalkeepers, players are non-recallable during the first 28 days, but a clause can be inserted for subsequent loan extensions to allow a 24 hour recall from the 29th day onwards.

Clubs can also make use of the Youth Loan system, which provides a far more flexible approach for younger players.

Jake Jervis is an example of a player currently with the Bulls who has been loaned under the 'Youth' rule. As well as being able to play for their reserve or youth sides he can also return to Birmingham for training.
