We've got the Belief says Fleetwood

Stuart Fleetwood scored two goals for the Bulls this afternoon in their 4-3 comeback victory against Northampton and afterwards he spoke to BBC Hereford and Worcester.

"I've been on a few decent comebacks," said the Hereford United striker. "But that was something else.

"Great feeling and we've just been told by Jamie to remember that feeling."

Fleetwood replaced Kenny Lunt after 55 minutes and scored just 4 minutes later.

"I felt back to my old self today. I've missed a couple of training sessions this week with a back injury, it's still not 100%.

"In the box, that's the sort of finishes I like. I like to play on the shoulder and get in.

"It was a great ball from Bauza, the keeper got a hand to it and it went in off the post so I was delighted."

After half time the Bulls looked a different outfit.

"Jamie must have said something right and I think the lads responded. When our first goal went in I think we had the belief we could get back into it.

"With Bauza on his own I think when we went 3-0 down we had to stick two people up front.

"Manny, pictured, was brilliant today. We've been waiting for that all season from him."

Fleetwood felt the comeback today had showed the squad's resilence.

"We're still not going to gloss over the mistakes, two of them were really bad goals to conceed.

"But we'll get back on the training ground and look forward to next Saturday."
