Pitman Stays In Temporary Charge

Back from China, Hereford United chairman David Keyte met with care-taker manager Jamie Pitman and vice-chairman Tim Russon yesterday.

It has emerged that no decision has been taken whether to offer Pitman the job on a permanent basis or to look for someone else.

"Jamie has been good enough to do whatever we have asked of him and it has taken the pressure off," said Keyte as reported by the Worcester News.

"Do we risk the momentum we have built up over the last couple of games?"

"We have to make sure that we find the right person and we will take our time in trying to do that."
