Pitman Coy On Permanent Job

Speaking to 5live after the match Jamie Pitman was full of praise for the second half performance, but coy on whether he wanted the managers job full time:

"A rather strange day. I was disappointed with the first half performance and I told them that at half time. We got into them and came out and gave a performance like we had nothing to lose. Stuart Fleetwood came on, and Mathieu Manset, and it changed the game a little bit so positive for them and positive for us."

When asked about his half time team talk and any points he had got across: "Just that they hadn't been doing what they'd done in the last couple of games which was working hard and getting the ball back. We didn't do that. So they were told that by me and Russell Hoult in a nice way. And they went out and performed, so credit to them.

"Now it's given us a positive reaction in that we can produce a performance and come back from losing. We can build on that."

Asked if he had a taste for the job: "It's certainly given me a taste, not sure if the pressure is very nice. I'll continue to do it while they need me."
