News Round Up

Crewe have said they will want a fee if Calvin Zola agrees to a permanent deal elsewhere in the January window. The £200,000 signing will be a free agent in the summer but has already put off several suitors with his demands for a permanent move and wage rise. The Railwaymen are also trialling defender Jack Farmer. The 17 year old is a regular for Evo-Stik Premier side Chasetown.

Northampton have given a trial to teenage forward Daniel Nti, who has been playing for Newport Pagnell in the United Counties League. Rotherham's interest in signing striker Ian Thomas-Moore appears to be over after the veteran forward said he is committed to current club Tranmere.

In the FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round draw, the last before the First Round, Kidderminster entertain York, Forest Green face Maidenhead, while Darlington get a potential trip to Lincoln Moorlands Railway if the UCEL side can beat Mossley.
