Crewe striker Calvin Zola won't be going to Shrewsbury after Dario Gradi revealed that the frontman would only leave if the club he was going to would sign him permanently in January - and increase his wages. The £200,000 signing has scored only once this season. Forest Green have named new investor Dale Vince as their new chairman. The green energy entrepreneur joined the board in August.

Lincoln won't be naming Andy Preece as their new boss after the Northwich chief quashed rumours of an interest. Ex-Southend man Steve Tilson was at their game on Saturday. Bury offered Premier League season ticket holders £5 entry to their game with Accrington and drew another 800 people throught the gates. It is the second time they have used the tactic when there was no top flight football.

Dundee have confirmed that they have are to enter Administration. Stockport are to introduce a player numbering system at the club similar to that of the England cricket team. Each player would then have a unique number dependent on when they made their debut. They currently have 1,284 numbers to issue. Accrington manager John Coleman and assistant Jimmy Bell have signed new five year deals, not three years as previously reported. The deals will keep them at the club past the 15 year mark.
