Torquay boss Paul Buckle has told the press his budget has been cut due to the ongoing losses at Plainmoor. The side has lost £1.3million over the last two season and, with gates falling by around 300 already this season despite a strong start, Buckle is unable to strengthen his small squad.

Northampton have signed QPR winger Josh Parker on a months loan. The 19 year old has made two appearances for the Championship leaders this season. Rotherham have extended the loans of Exodus Geoghaghon and Dean Holden for a second month each.

Dundee have failed to pay their September wage bill on time, and are still fighting the taxman over an outstanding tax bill that is now £365,000.
