Danny McDermid from London is set to referee next Saturday's League Two match between bottom of the league Hereford United and table-toppers Port Vale.
The last time McDermid officiated at Edgar Street was the game between the Bulls and Bradford City on March 20th this year. The Bulls won the game 2-0 with goals from Mathieu Manset and on-loan Jake Jarvis. Towards the end of the first half the man in black nearly sent Bradford manager Peter Taylor to the stands.
The previous time was in December 2007. On that occasion the Bulls won 3-1 and McDermid sent off Lincoln's Gary Croft after just nine minutes.
To date this season McDermid has been in charge of 6 games in which he has given out 20 yellow and 2 red cards.
