Steve Guinan has told the Worcester News that he is flattered by the interest shown in him to become the next Bulls boss.
The 34 year old has been cut to 8/1 in the betting after being seen at Edgar Street on Tuesday night, and he told the paper: "It’s flattering to be linked, but I’m under contract at Northampton until the end of the season."
The paper has confirmed the Ossie Ardiles application is a hoax, with the Argentinian saying “I have no idea why my CV is there. I’m not interested in the job and I’ve not applied.”
Meanwhile, on the Hereford Times website, a poll for the next manager of the Bulls currently has Colin Addison as favourite for the job with 34% of the vote.
