Fleetwood Fit for Northampton

Stuart Fleetwood is reported to have recovered from his back injury and should in be Jamie Pitman's squad to play Northampton tomorrow. Captain Janos Kovacs is also likely to feature at some stage.

Otherwise apart from keeper Dan Connor (hip) and Sean Canham who is suspended, Pitman should have plenty of players to choose his starting eleven.

The care-taker manager is under no illusion that this is a winnable game.

"It’s a six-pointer, there is no doubt about it," said Pitman as reported by the Worcester News.

"We have been a bit more settled this week after what has happened.

"Everyone knows the situation we are in. It is now up to all of us to get Hereford out of trouble.

"The players have taken on board what we have wanted to do and I believe whoever comes in will have a good squad of players in the right frame of mind."

Despite the bookies making him second favourite for the manager's job, Pitman remains down to earth.

"I haven’t been interviewed for the job. I have enjoyed being in charge, but I love my work as a physio as well.

"I’m just doing the job I’ve been asked to do."
