Southend are trialling former MK Dons striker Izale McLeod and ex-Cheltenham forward Elvis Hammond in their reserve match today. Both players have had injury problems in recent seasons. Notts County are being sued for £326,000 by it's former lawyers. City Law Financial say they are owed for three months work done under former owners Munto Finance, while the club have enlisted the help of former chief executive Peter Trembling to mount a defence of the claim.
