The taxman says football debtors shouldn't be allowed to vote on the CVA as they are guaranteed 100% of their debt, and that the 100% rule should also be thrown out. Their first home game may not even take place due to a land dispute with one of their former owners.
Morecambe have signed Atherstone striker Stuart Hendrie on a one year deal. The 19 year old is the younger brother of former Aston Villa midfielder Lee Hendrie. Crawley are reported to have made a £100,000 bid for an unnamed League One winger, as well as making a £20,000 offer for another player from the same division.

Gillingham chairman Paul Scally is being taken to court by two former Watford directors over an unpaid loan. The £250,000 loan was taken out in 2007, but Scally hasn't repaid a single penny according to court documents.
