Speaking to the official site, Bulls chairman David Keyte said he was shocked at the state of the Edgar Street facilities.
They have already committed £20,000 to improve the toilets around Edgar Street, telling the site that within a couple of months "we should have facilities that paying customers warrant".
He also speaks about the catering, saying "we had to sit down with the previous people and make sure we got out of the contract". Keyte also spoke about the leases, and the hope of resolving the Richardson situation permanently.
Finally, he mentions the former social club: "We went around the social club, I'm not a builder but it didn't look to be a insurmountable project. The roofs gone, but the structure seems to be sound."
