Former Bull Bill Larder has died

Bill Larder who played football for Hereford United has died in Somerset aged 84.

Larder was born in Doncaster and later joined the RAF. In 1949 his work took him to RAF Stafford.

As a semi-professional he played football for Stafford Rangers before a spell with Hereford United during the 1950/51 season.
