Despite starting the rumours himself, Rotherham boss Ronnie Moore has now said rumours of a weak Millers side at Edgar Street on Saturday is 'nonsense'.
After last Saturday's game Moore speculated he would rest a number of key players. Now he has told their official site the claims of a weakened side are 'nonsense': "The speculation is nonsense. I will take a precaution and rest Alfie [Adam Le Fondre], because I think the rest now will set him up nicely going into the play-offs.
"I will also leave Josh [Walker] out for tactical reasons. He has been carrying an injury for a few weeks now whilst Danny [Harrison] has served his suspension, but he will come in and play alongside Pablo [Mills].
"I am going to rest a couple but we want to win the game and finish the season as well as we can. The supporters don't need to worry about us fielding a reserve side; I will play the strongest side I can excluding those two players. People have mentioned that I might leave Andy Warrington out, but he will play because the chances of a goalkeeper picking up an injury are slim."
