Yeovil boss Russell Slade is still after new faces, but has to juggle a tight budget.
Slade tried to sign Scunthorpe-bound Sam Togwell, but was hindered by the restraints of the existing wage bill, and has been linked with a string of players who have opted for other League One sides. The Eastern Daily Press is also suggesting the Glovers are trying to sign a number of Ipswich Town players ahead of the weekend.
One player that has joined the Huish Park side is Fisher Athletic striker Andre McCollin on a two year deal. He is the third player to arrive from the Ryman side after fellow striker Gavin Tomlin and midfielder Kieran Murtagh, both of whom have featured over the past week.
Yeovil's biggest signing of the summer, midfielder Darren Way, rejoined the club because he wanted to be challenging at the right end of the table:
"I haven't come back here to be mid-table - I've come here to win as many matches as we can and to then see where we end up. I do believe we can challenge at the right end of the table and we were close to the play-offs when I was on loan here last season."
