Hereford United's manager Graham Turner has admitted that he has been unlucky with signings this pre-season.
This afternoon's annoucement that Samuel Oji has joined the Bulls means that the squad is now 21 strong. That number includes Luke Webb who has not yet been offered a new deal but continues with the club. Webb has been out of action for some time with injuries.
There are just three loan players in the squad, Robbie Threlfall, Darren Randolph and Moses Ashikodi.
"I would have liked to have strengthened the squad further," Turner told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"I've had some difficulty trying to persuade one or two players to come here.
"We know that happens. We have to put up with that from time to time.
"But I'm reasonably happy with the players and the way they've worked in pre-season."
Meanwhile it has been revealed that one of the players who turned down a move to Edgar Street was Ben Strevens of Dagenham and Redbridge.
