The Bulls bowed out of the Carling Cup after a 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
It could have been Arsenal of old - a 4-5-1 formation, 'Patrick Viera' running the show, and a deathly silence from the 'Highbury Library' - except they were capable of holding a 1-0 lead. Moses Ashkodi's first Bulls goal was quickly cancelled out by a 20 yarder from Nick Carle before John Oster's cross looped past the worringly unlucky Darren Randolph to hand the points to the Eagles.
