Newly promoted MK Dons have introduced a 0% payment plan in conjunction with Barclaycard. The scheme is run via a special Football Credit Card, which allows the purchase of more than one ticket (subject to a minimum of £250).
Fans can get interest free credit so long as they make at least the minimum monthly payment by the due date and do not exceed their credit limit at any time. The card can be used for other purchases but those balances will be subject to an APR of 14.9%. There is no standing fee for holding a Football Credit Card.
A number of other Clubs are believed to be joining the scheme or are considering doing so.
