We will give it our best - Little

Wrexham are clinging to life in League Two by a thread but manager Brian Little thinks there is still a chance they can stay up. Next for the North Wales club is a trip to Edgar Street to play Hereford United on Tuesday evening.

Yesterday they defeated Notts County 1-0 with a team of youngsters drafted in after defeat at Shrewsbury last Sunday.

"Obviously this was a good result for us and it is encouraging that we finally have the win we have been waiting a fair time for," said Little as reported by icwales.

"I don’t think we can get too carried away with it. But we have not given up yet. The only target we have set ourselves is to go out and win football matches and that was what we managed to do here.

"We have nothing to lose and we will go to Hereford on Tuesday night with nothing to fear.

"That will be a very different game from this one, away from home against a side doing very well in the division, but we will give it our best."
