Steve Tanner is to referee the League Two match between MK Dons and Hereford United next Tuesday.
Somerset based Tanner, who referees some Premiership games, has given out 100 yellow but just 3 red cards in the 32 games he has officiated this season to date.
This evening he was in charge of the League One clash between Carlisle and Swansea which ended goal-less.
