Accrington Stanley have recruited a Burnley supporter to help increase the pre-match and half time atmosphere at their ground.
Jeff Brown, who became famous in Safestyle UK's "You Buy One, You Get One Free" double glazing adverts, will work at the Fraser Eagle Stadium for the rest of the season.
"He is just something a bit different, not the usual act you would see at a football ground," said a Stanley spokesperson.
"Unless he is playing, he is not going to affect results too much but anything that makes the match more interesting can only be a good thing."
The atmosphere at recent Hereford United home games hasn't been that good but whether the club would consider bringing in a 'B' list character to help seems highly unlikely.
