Darlington Football Club has confirmed that there were 435 Hereford United supporters at the game last Saturday.
Given the distance from Herefordshire the support for the Bulls was excellent.
And if 435 can make it to the most northern club in League Two, there should be a following of around 1,000 at MK Dons tomorrow evening.
Meanwhile it seems a Darlington supporter was upset about a Hereford supporter phoning the ex-referee Jeff Winters sports programme last Saturday.
On to the Jeff Winter Phone-In show and debate was lively. We even had a Hereford fan on the show to talk about the game at Darlo. I received a text from a Darlo fan complaining that he was on the show. The simple answer is that if Darlo fans won’t phone up as well as not turn up, I am delighted to have someone on the show who was actually at the game.
