Mike Thrope from Suffolk will be the referee at Mansfield on Tuesday evening when Hereford United are the visitors.
Thrope has been in charge of 29 games this season to date in which he has given out 84 yellow and 7 red cards.
It is believed that it will be the first time Thrope has refereed a game in which Hereford United have taken part.
