Both Graham Turner and Gary Peters are gearing up for the A49 clash between Hereford United and Shrewsbury Town next Sunday.
Turner is concerned that the home form of the Bulls isn't as good as the away form and will be looking for an improvement. The Bulls have only taken one point from their last two home games and didn't score in either.
"Our results could have been better at home and the aim is to put that right as soon as possible. We have got some good games coming up, including this one," Turner told the Worcester News.
"It's important we maintain a challenge at the top of the table and to do that we have got to win games."
Meanwhile Gary Peters, the Shrewsbury manager, has been praising Turner who managed the Shropshire side for six years.
"Graham Turner is doing a great job there and has always been a good manager," Peters told the Shropshire Star.
Three players left Shrewsbury today but Peters has at least one replacement coming to fill the gap.
"We are signing a young player tomorrow who can cover the positions that Ashy can cover and that will help us," Peters told the Official Shrewsbury website.
"There's 3 players going out and they are going out to make space for us to have the chance to bring players in."
Turner has been keeping tabs on the movements at the New Gay Meadow.
"I know that they are working hard to try and bring some new players in before we play them," Turner told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"There is the local rivalry. We will have to be at our best to take three points."
