Firstly Ronnie Moore from the Tranmere Official Website.
"We had the lion's share of the game and an awful lot of chances but didn't take them. But we're in the draw and that's the big thing
"When you don't take them you leave yourself open for a sucker punch.
"Full marks to them, we knew they were a good side and they came here and performed well. But I'm gutted we haven't won the game.
"They scored against the run of play. Then we're back in it at 1-1 and we give away an awful goal
"Credit to the lads they dug in and got back in it again. But they've got to learn about these silly mistakes which can cost you dear.
"From looking like we were going to be out of it, we're still in there. I think had we been a bit more clinical in the right areas we would have won.
"Our supporters were good and got behind us and it was a real FA Cup atmosphere. People say they're not bothered about the FA Cup, they should have been here today."
And Graham Turner from the Hereford United Official Website:
"After you get into the lead twice and you throw it away we obviously got to say we're disappointed. But it would be fair to say we had our backs to the wall at times. Rode our luck in our penalty area.
"At the same time we had to play a little bit and I thought we did ever so well given the circumstances of the hard Christmas programme and the number of players we have out injured.
"I thought second half was a great advert for the FA Cup again. It was a cracking game.
"Great volley from Ben Smith and Trevor's capable of doing that on his left side. But having gone 2-1 up we should not have lost the ball deep in our own half. That's the disappointment."
