Hereford United visit Christie Park on Saturday and Shrimps manager Sammy McIlroy is looking forward to the game. The Shrimps haven't played at home for three weeks but have recently defeated Wolves, Tranmere and Chester.
"We are playing well at the moment, everyone is looking out for one another, we are solid and are hard to beat," McIlroy told the Visitor.
"Hereford have had a good start and we always knew this was going to be tough with the way they set their stall out. I am just glad to be at home again after having three games on the bounce away.
"They got in the League before us and we have had good games between us before and we are expecting another tough one on Saturday.
"It would be nice to reverse the play-off semi-final but it is not about revenge it is about continuing to do what we have been doing."
Morecambe are looking for a good gate on Saturday.
"The support has been brilliant but there are going to be tougher times along the road and we have got to stay together because it's a long time until May," continued McIlroy.
"I don't want the fans to get carried away.
"There is going to be a struggle when things go a little bit pear-shaped but it's how we respond to that.
"We are just taking it one game at a time."
