Stuart McCall wants the boo-boys to lay off his side after the Bradford boss heard boos from the stand during the first part of their match against Peterboro:
"I know there weren't many booing, and I'm not even sure if any of the lads heard, but it still wasn't nice and I was quite annoyed" said McCall talking to the Telegraph & Argus.
"We all want success and want it as soon as possible. That's only natural. But as I keep saying, we are a new bunch and it does take time. We are early into the season. We know we're on our own patch and expect to be on top. It would be great to go out and roll teams over every week. But it's not going to happen like that. Peterborough are a strong team, not just because they have money but with some very good players.
"As soon as we scored the atmosphere was terrific, as it has been in a lot of games. The noise was superb and the fans realised the part they can play. But we also want that type of backing when things aren't going well. It's probably more important to get behind the team when we're struggling to raise our game."
