Chester midfielder Glen Cronin is mulling over retirement after breaking a metatarsal for the third time in a year. The former Exeter man, 25, played just four times for his current club last season due to the same problem.
Accrington have confirmed the signing of former Wrexham striker Lee McEvilly on a free transfer. McEvilly spent a season at Stanley in the Conference, scoring 17 in 41 appearances.
