A good performance says Travis

Simon Travis told BBC Hereford and Worcester after this afternoon's match that the side was very encouraged with the Bulls' display.

"First half I thought we dominated the game. We had three or four very good chances. We matched them. It gives us hope for next season that we're not that far away.
"We've kept two clean sheets. It gives us something to build on.

"To have a big crowd gives the players a big lift. We could not play the football we would like to. The pitch is dry, it's bobbly out there and a sunny day. Not ideal conditions.

"This is why we are in League Two to have crowds like Swindon Town come to Edgar Street and give them a good game."

Swindon brought an excellent following of 1756 to the game with little trouble inside Edgar Street. But, as expected, there was a large police presence around the ground with a helicopter circling the area after the game ended.

Many of the Swindon fans were held up by the police for a few minutes to allow Hereford supporters to drift away.
