The Halifax manager, Chris Wilder, thinks the pressure will be on Hereford on Saturday.
"They have had their squad together for three or for years - or possibly longer," Wilder told the Halifax press.
"They have gone close in the past couple of seasons and missed out.
"There was a lot of pressure on them to get through to the final when they played Morecambe and you could tell that watching the game.
"We put ourselves under pressure to do well individually, but all the external pressure from the bookies and their supporters is on them.
"We may be underdogs going into the game, but we are a dangerous animal and can't be taken lightly.
"They are a better side than us and have been in each of the four seasons I have been here.
"They got through to the semi-finals of the play offs for two seasons and two years ago finished with more than 90 points and didn't go up.
"Even in our first year they finished on the same points as us but were above us on goal difference.
"They have been one of the best sides in the league over four years."
