Conference News Round-Up

Gravesend have signed Onome Sodje, the Charlton u-19 Striker, on a Work Experience contract. Sodje, 17, scored 14 goals in 19 games for Charlton's u-17 side in 2003-4 and spent time last season at Welling.

Accrington have signed Alan Navarro on non-contract terms after his summer release from Tranmere, who paid Liverpool £225,000 for the midfielder.

Exeter manager Alex Inglethorpe has been linked to the vacant Plymouth job, according to The Sun.

Tamworth defender Aaron Brown played for Reading reserves in the week with a view to a permanent move. The two clubs are currently discussing a deal, but a second Championship club is believed to also be interested. Meanwhile, Tamworth have signed Darren Campbell on loan from Reading. The Scottish midfielder represented England at Youth level and made a senior debut at 17 for Reading in 2003 but picked up a cruciate ligament injury during the following pre-season and missed the entire campaign.

Cambridge United have signed ex-Boston winger Courtney Pitt on a short term contract. Pitt, 23, formerly played for Chelsea and Portsmouth and was released after one season at Boston.
