United set out to blunt the Daggers
Dagenham & Redbridge may not be looking forward to tomorrow's game which sees Hereford United return to Victoria Road where they battered the Daggers 9-0 last season. Dagenham are on poor form at present having only collected four points from the last 6 league games, whereas Hereford are unbeaten in their last six games.
Defender Ashley Vicars is available after serving the last game of a four match ban on Saturday when Dag&Red drew 2-2 with Northwich. Midfielder Jake Leberl is suspended for the game and Lee Goodwin is expected to miss out due to a cold. Danny Foster is likely to play at right back in place of Goodwin.
Chris Moore took a knock on the weekend and he is a doubt for the game and with John Taylor still missing, the Daggers have limited attacking options.
Graham Turner is forced to make at least once change to his side as Tamika Mkandawire will start his suspension for a red card last Saturday. Captain Tony James will regain his place after recovering from a thigh strain. United have received a huge boost with Rob Purdie returning to fitness after several weeks on the sidelines. He will be pushing for a starting place.
Jamie Pitman is still a doubt so Graham Hyde is set to continue in centre midfield. Soccer365 is suggesting that Ryan Green has seen a specialist about his hernia and will not need an operation to correct it. He has now began light training, but will not be considered for tomorrow night.
Surely a repeat performance of last season won't be seen, but with Hereford's excellent away form and the current poor form of Dagenham who knows what will happen. The Daggers are under new management now though. Garry Hill parted company with Dagenham soon after their drubbing at the hands of Hereford and John Still is now in charge.
