Admission Charges at Exeter

It is still not certain whether Exeter City will raise prices on Boxing Day when Hereford United visit St James Park, but with the prospect of a low gate because of the early start, a rise in admission now seems less likely.

According to the Official Exeter Website, ticket prices are they same for home and away fans.

The prices are as follows:

Ivor Doble Stand: £14 (£8.50 for concessions)
All Other Areas: £11 (£6 for concessions)

A look at the site does not reveal any plans to raise prices on Boxing Day. But there was a suggestion some months ago that the club might increase prices for both home and away fans should police presence be required.

All the site says is that seating arrangements are subject to change depending on the size of visiting support.

In July, Bulls News reported Ian Huxham of Exeter City as saying:"With it being a high-profile game and on a bank holiday, we could be losing thousands of pounds. So quite clearly we need to consider every option and that's all we are doing. We're not taking a decision now because if we're doing well in the league, enjoying huge gates and have a bumper crowd on Boxing Day, then it probably won't be necessary to have to ask fans to share the costs."

Exeter are currently 13th in the Conference table.
