There is not much in it
Chris MacKenzie thinks there is little to choose between his new team and Aldershot. The Telford goalkeeper who is on loan at Edgar Street will be in the squad for Monday's return leg as cover for Matt Baker.
MacKenzie told the Shropshire Star: "People will say Hereford are favourites but there is not much in it.
"There was a sense of disappointment on Thursday night but a draw is not a bad result. There is still plenty to play for and the thing that probably tips the tie slightly in Hereford's favour is the fact that they have such an impressive home record."
Meanwhile matters at Telford mean that MacKenzie's future at the Bucks Head is, as yet, unknown. Some of his team-mates are likely to leave whilst others have been given cash settlements to end their contracts.
