Bulls look for maximum points haul

With five games left to go, Hereford United need to collect all fifteen points to have any realistic chance of making this season's Nationwide Conference play-offs.

The Bulls have lost four of their last five matches, their only victory coming in a 2-0 win at Edgar Street over bottom-placed Kettering Town, but Graham Turner's men should take heart that they have lost each of the last three matches by a single goal.

On Saturday, Hereford will aim to get back to winning ways against Burton Albion, who have yet to secure their Conference survival this season. The Brewers, managed by Nigel Clough, beat United 2-0 at Eton Park in the autumn and so Hereford will be looking for revenge.

After that, Hereford go to Halifax Town on April 12th, before playing a home match against Leigh RMI on Easter Saturday. Two days later, the Bulls make a tricky trip to Southport, and finish the season with a potentially crucial game at Edgar Street against Doncaster Rovers, who can still mathematically oust Yeovil Town from top spot. Doncaster host Scarborough in tonight's only Conference match.
