Hereford have signed 22 year old striker Cawley Cox from Merthyr. He has signed a two year deal.
The striker is well known locally due his goalscoring exploits for Westfields and Pegasus.
'Merthyr Town Football Club can confirm that Cawley Cox will be departing Penydarren Park.
'Cawley made a total of 61 appearance for the Martyrs, scoring 20 goals.'
It's believed that Cox had been offered a new deal by Merthyr but he turned it down.
Cox joined Merthyr in January 2025 from Westfields.
