Chester have announced they have raised more than £100,000 in their Boost the Budget appeal ahead of the National League North season.Chester have smashed their Boost the Budget target
"Everyone at Chester FC would like to say a big thank you to our incredible supporters for raising £116,458 in this year's Boost the Budget," the club said.
"Over 700 pledgers have made a huge difference to what we can achieve this season. To all of the supporters (and former players!) who got involved – your backing is hugely appreciated.
"Boost the Budget is ringfenced and can contribute to what happens on the pitch. We’ve smashed through our target – together."
Chester's target was £100,000.
In Darlington, records were broken with their Boost The Budget campaign.
They raised £162,070 from 798 donations from 696 people, averaging £233 per person.
Hereford have not given an update on their Squad Builder recently, but chairman Chris Ammonds said last week it had passed the £25,000 mark.
