Hereford FC chairman Jon Hale has spoken about the football budget at the club and in particular what the next manager might expect.
"I feel this season as far as we are concerned we have increased the playing budget rather than reduced it," Hale told BBC Hereford and Worcester.
"It's something I feel we need to stress
"Of course we've had squad builder where supporters put their hard earned money in and every single penny of that went to the playing budget and that helped increase the budget from last season.
"So we've done what we can, we've supported where we can. Having said that with the cost of living crisis we are very aware that all football supporters are under pressure.
"We have to be careful, we have to be sensible, realistic and not just push the playing budget out as far as we can just because that's what we are being asked to do, we've got to be sustainable and sensible with our money."
