Several clubs are reported to have expressed interest in Tom Barkhuizen whose contract at Preston is about to come to an end after five and a half years at the club.
Derby County, Rotherham and Bolton are all said to be tracking the winger.
Whilst with Hereford United on loan from Blackpool in the 2011/12 season, Barkhuizen scored 11 goals in 38 appearances.
