Hereford FC will hold their AGM on Wednesday evening. It had been planned to take place last November but was postponed after requests from some shareholders.
Whilst the main purpose of any AGM is to review and usually approve the latest set of accounts, this particular AGM may be more concerned with events since the year end at Edgar Street.
Chairman Jon Hale is expected to be asked about the current financial position of the club. Recent comments from manager Josh Gowling appear to suggest that he is worried about how big a budget he might have next season.
