Gowling Feels Racism In Football Is Frustrating

 

Hereford manager Josh Gowling has been talking to BBC Radio Lincolnshire about racism in football.

He thinks much of it happens because of ignorance.

He says he's been lucky to have such a long football career and now he is in management.

But he is only one of seven black managers in England's top six tiers of football and he would like to see more.
