It Will Be Difficult To Bring In A Striker Said Gowling

Hereford manager Josh Gowling has told BBC Hereford and Worcester that it will be difficult to bring a striker to the club given that the League season might soon be over.

Gowling wants to bring in a striker to replace Lenell John-Lewis who has moved to Grimsby.

"It's difficult to ask a player to come and commit to the football club when we don't know if there is going to be a season or not," he said.

"We wanted to add with Lenny but now Lenny has gone we've had to shift that slightly and look at a different type of striker.

"We are looking all the time."

Gowling will need to make some changes to his starting eleven for tomorrow's game from the last time his side played which was at Stamford again in the Trophy.

On loan Luke Haines is suspended and Ben Pollock is a doubt.
