Midfielder Peter Vincenti has joined Hereford on loan from League Two side Macclesfield Town.
The 33-year-old - who is from Jersey - has previously played for Stevenage, Aldershot and Rochdale.
Talking to Hereford's official website, Manager Russell Slade said Vincenti can play in a number of positions.
"He can play on the left, in the middle or on the right of midfield and he can also be a threat in the box as well," said Slade.
“He’s someone with a lot of experience in the Football League and he will bring us some added composure on the ball.
“Peter has played with Jared [Hodgkiss] so they will know each other’s game inside out. I am sure he is the type of player who will be able to forge partnerships quickly whichever position he plays in, but it is certainly a positive that he has played with Jared before.
“I’m really excited by his arrival and I am delighted that we have managed to bring him in."
Vincenti said he has kept an eye on Hereford's results and is excited to join the club.
“I’ve not really got a preferred position, I’ve played in a number of roles through the years, I don’t think I’m nailed down to one to be honest with you," he said.
"I’ve predominantly been in midfield areas and I had a bit of success out wide for Rotherham, but I’m just happy to play anywhere that the manager wants me to play.
“I’ve played against sides managed by Russell Slade before and he’s got a really good reputation. To get a phone call from someone like him really excited me and I’m looking forward to coming here and proving myself to someone of his standing.”
According to Macclesfield the loan deal is until January 2020.
