Gareth Davies says the players need the backing of the fans more than ever as he takes charge of first team affairs along with player-manager Ryan Green.
The interim management team will oversee tomorrow’s National League North home game against Ashton United.
“We appreciate that this is a difficult time, but the lads have an important job to do and they will need the fans’ support more than ever tomorrow afternoon," the interim Head of Football told the official site.
The pair led the training session at Hartpury College last night, and Bulls News understands that a number of directors were also there.
“The players know that they have the full support of both Ryan and myself," Davies added.
"Our job is to help them and ensure that they have all the tools in place to go out and perform as we know they can, until a permanent management team is put in place.
“Ryan is a key man, he is a popular figure both on the terraces and in the dressing room, and I am sure he will be able to prepare the players for tomorrow’s game."
