18 'New' Clubs In FA Cup

There will be 18 'new' clubs in this season's FA Cup. One of those is Hereford FC.

This from the FA:

A total of 18 clubs will be making their FA Cup debut when the extra preliminary round kicks-off next month.

The Emirates FA Cup

There are some famous names in there, albeit under new guises following the formation of new clubs, such as Hereford FC who will join the competition in the preliminary round on Saturday 20 August.
And they could face another debutant in Haughmond, should the Shrewsbury-based club beat Alvechurch at the first stage.

Another famous FA Cup name is Coventry, with the city’s primary club winning the competition back in 1987, but with Coventry United entering The Cup this season, there’s another team from the Midlands city aiming to make their own mark.
